Jill Carol The Latest Journalist To Be Kidnapped In Iraq Has Had Support From US Muslim Group.
Carol was kidnapped in Baghdad on January 7 when gunmen ambushed her vehicle and killed her translator.
The group reportedly responsible for her capture “Brigades of Vengeance” have already made threats to her life.

It’s great to see US muslims come out and openly condemn the kidnapping of Jill Carol, and call for her release.
Let’s hope the worst doesn’t happen, and that Jill Carol is release unharmed.
The group has asked for the US military to free all women in its custody.
It seem that certain rules will be flexed as CNN Reports:
Minister: 6 Iraqi women to be freed soon
An Iraqi deputy justice minister, Bosho Ibrahim Ali, told CNN he had visited and spoken with the nine women detained without charges by U.S. troops in Iraq. He said he expects six of the women to released soon and is working on securing the release of the three others
